"If you leave out compatibility mode your theme will only work for you ;P"
1- ahh... okay, so part of the OTS2 (i've only been learning this about four days now ) is that code must be compatable with the default modules... even if using another in it's place?
2- now given the last two responses... i am making my own custom design for me only (at least for now... learning...lol) using only xPopup. i had started with Popup2, but wasn't very far along when i made the change and i have changed all my code for xPopup only. that being said, are you telling me that xPopup will not simply allow system colors to show through (like Popup2... and even xLabel) and i will manually have to specify colors in my popup.rc?

1. Yes. By default, !popup is created; !popup and !popuptheme are set to rightclick and shift-leftclick. Without the compatibility mode, xPopup will only look for *xpopup lines in the config files, rather than *popup.
2. Yes, but I believe that there are modules to get system colors. Try lscolor and syscolor.

ok, to all xLabel Desktop users, if you want to enable the desktop funtion, you need to set "xLabelUsexDesktop"! !! else it couldn't work. sorry for forgetting to mention it in the readme *g* next time it will be in there

>Andymon - woot!
>GothsSecret - If necessary, you could probably reduce the gaps between the center and the sides, for those with lower resolutions (not me, I'm at 1280x1024!).

Just wanna tell:
HighColor(16bit) is coming for all xModules in the near future, finally.

hehe, now I like it too, I wassn't sure if it'll look good if we put a second menu right handed but now it's ok, so no need for a complete change anymore
