Any closer to discovering the cause of the random gap at the end of the taskbar?

Simply said No, cause i cannot setup xTaskbar to produce this mysterious gap.
Just as general info, if you set xTaskbarRightBorder this will never be covered by a Task and if you have a 755 pixel taskbar and set a MaxWidth of 250, there will always be a 5 pixel gap if you have 3 tasks running!
