- Added: xTaskbarDropDelay INT
If set, it specifies the time in ms, how long a Dragged File MUST hover over
a TaskButton till he's activated (comes to front).
Default is 0 -> instantly.
- Added: xTaskbarActionsOnButtonDown BOOL
If set, the old activation of actions on ButtonDown is used again, instead of ButtonUp.
- Changed: ButtonActions are now executed on ButtonUp instead of ButtonDown.
- Fixed: Again the "ever returning" GDILeak with *xTaskbarIcon lines.
- Fixed: Some ButtonAction interferences with Drag'n'Drop Task Repositioning.

ok, to all xLabel Desktop users, if you want to enable the desktop funtion, you need to set "xLabelUsexDesktop"!
!! else it couldn't work. sorry for forgetting to mention it in the readme *g* next time it will be in there
