Description Another Litetsep installer.
Now it's RC4 with a lot of bug fixes.

Installer changes:

-Added french language ( translation by bz8 ).
-Added installation language selection dialog instead of language autoselection (sorry but it works only on Windows 2k/XP systems, Windows 9x uses autoselection).
-Added removing installer wallpaper from windows dir during uninstallation.
-Changed default minimalistic theme and personal files in lscpfiles dir to dit.ru theme and it's personal files.
-Changed installer logo images and icons.
-Fixed incomplete removing files after uninstallation.
-Updated dist.ru theme to RC7pre5.
-Updated LiteStep build to 0.24.7 RC3 i386/i686.

-Added new modules loading mode, everything starts hidden, then after loading mzscript makes everything visible.
-Added theme startup sound ( Ka-52 Vs RAH-66 game sound theme ).
-Added startup sound on/off option to splash screen submenu.
-Added new splash screen.
-Added alarm timer/shut down timer ( right click on right-bottom clock ).
-Added fixes submenu to config menu.
-Added keybord layout indicator to fixes menu for WinXP( between systray and right-bottom clock ).
-Added WindowsXP/WindowBlind skins desktop area fix.
-Added French language ( translation by bz8 ).
-Added now available for xlabel desktop - show all shortcuts ( system + program ) and show only program shortcuts ( both IconDesk and xLabelDesktop option ).
-Added two other network speed for wireless devices 11 and 54mbps ( Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11a), Wi-Fi5 (IEEE 802.11b) ).
-Added ability to choose custom wallpaper folder to "settings" menu, "wallpapers" submenu (scandir modules) (for bmp, gif, jpg, png files, after you select your own folder you must recycle theme one more time to refresh image list) .
-Added popup icons enable/disable option to "popup" submenu.
-Added Instant messenger evar icon.
-Readded/returned Windows XP shut down dialog with "switch user" button.
-Redrawed Media and audio player evars icons.
-Redrawed all icons in "settings" munu.
-Replaced rabidVWM 1.1.1 with ckVWM 1.41.
-Removed xSplash utilitie.
-Fixed StartSplash box size.
-Updated xLabel to 3.1.2.
-Updated lsxcommand to 1.9.3.
-Updated Rainlendar to 19.3.

I re-uploaded it again and now it's working well
