Fixed Old(!!) and Huge Memory Leak, if you Move DesktopIcons!

If set, simply deactivates the Special Desktop items.
Attention: Requires a !recycle and a !labeldesktopcreate "update" ".desktop"
to take effect!

Why has noone ever realized it (me also)? Thanks go to Matt.
- Fixed: !LabelMoveBy, !LabelResizeby and !LabelRepositionBy hadn't supported LabelGroups,
as it's mentioned in the ReadMe.

If set, Hovering a DesktopIcon gives active state (visually).

If set to FALSE the DesktopIcons are fixed. Default: TRUE
But if you didn't set .move for one MouseButton you have the same effect!
- Added: xDesktopOnLeftClick (action) <- Default: .move
xDesktopOnMiddleClick (action) <- Default: .properties
xDesktopOnRightClick (action) <- Default: .context
-> Action can be: .open -> To Execute File
.move -> To Move with That MouseButton
.context -> To Open ContextMenu
.properties -> To Open Properties
.none -> To Deactivate

ok, to all xLabel Desktop users, if you want to enable the desktop funtion, you need to set "xLabelUsexDesktop"!
!! else it couldn't work. sorry for forgetting to mention it in the readme *g* next time it will be in there
